Rude Staff

Liked: Clean facility. Nice pool and hot tub.
Disliked: The day shift staff member was very rude on multiple occasions.

Good value for the price.

Liked: The breakfast was very generic not much seasoning or flavor with eggs and meats.
Disliked: Why were kids allowed to run in the hall being loud at about 7:00 am??

Convenience. On our way to...

Liked: The check in gentleman was cordial, friendly and greeted us very well.
Disliked: Coffee at the breakfast bar wasn't hot. We ate breakfast around 8:15 AM. We had to heat our coffee in the microwave.

Disliked: I asked for a handicap room and it wasn’t available. They only have one. The room they gave us did have a walk in shower but one bar that was not enough.
