Exceptional Overnight Stay

Liked: Staff was exceptional. Friendly & helpful. Facility was clean and in excellent condition. Bath was wonderfully equipped with lots of towels and supplies.Breakfast was a step above our recent hotel experiences... and was well staffed.
Disliked: Bit pricey.

Liked: Very competent staff
Disliked: The room was very ordinary and outdated. Rooms at LaQuinta are much better for way less money. Also the amenities are very entry level, not what I expected for the price of the room compared to others in the neighborhood.

Wish the bed was more...

Disliked: My room was not ready until 4:00 and we was told check in time was @3:00

Good staff, good location and...

Liked: Good variety at breakfast and freshly prepared. Good location for my travel.
Disliked: As explained to Hampton Inn questionaire: Window coverings did not cover the window (by design) and the hotel had a very tall high intensity parking lot light that shone directly into my room (#318) making night time day time. Also, unable to regulate the room temperature as it appears temp was controlled from some remote location.
