Great Hotel!

Liked: Was in a good location for food, and not too far from activities in town. The staff was nice, easy, and quick to check in and out. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, just not maybe as much variety as some other hotels. The only slight issue was that the ac in our room was just a little loud and had a little squeak. But wasn't in the room enough for it to matter.

Liked: Clean, quiet, good breakfast options
Disliked: We arranged to arrive in time to watch our grandsons hockey game. We could not get the TV to work. My husband went to the desk twice to get some help. “Sorry about that”, a shrug and new batteries for the remote was their response. No offer to have someone come help, no offer to switch rooms that would have a working television, essentially no response. It’s disappointing to have that experience at a Hampton. We never have before in any of our stays with Hampton Inns across the US.

Liked: It was a fairly clean room and friendly staff. nice location for getting back on the interstate. Nice looking room and had a fridge.
Disliked: The bed was a bit worn, I wouldn't say you could feel the springs but it was close. There was also a black hair stuck to the wall of the shower. The pulls were loose on the drawers.
