Liked: The Hampton Inn was exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay here again. This trip was for my mom's birthday and this hotel made it perfect.

Liked: The location is perfect! Ocean front, boardwalk and close to Grommet Island Park which our family like. Breakfast was good!
Disliked: The lady at the front desk was not so accommodating considering I was checking in. The tone of her voice did not sound like she was there as a receptionist. The other staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent Location, Service and Quality

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Traveling solo I felt very safe due to a key needed at every entrance except the front desk area, and the location was convenient for local attractions, the boardwalk, fishing pier, food and shopping. I also took my pet, which I was concerned about house keeping coming in and him getting out. But you have a sign to put on your door to let them know and a sign if you don't want disturbed. I felt very confident and safe in leaving him in the room, and for potty breaks there was plenty of grass and a doggie station.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the main entrance. It was rather confusing at first and hard to see. The main entrance is kinda hidden by the parking garage with a very small sign and a very small parking lot. I was just expecting a big entrance where you could drive up to the front door in a big circle driveway lol.
