Liked: Great friendly staff clean room comfortable bed and amazing shower
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The area was nice and the lady at night that checked us in was nice
Disliked: First arrived batteries were dead on the door lock. Waited to get that fixed. 1 ligbt in the bathroom was out. And we all know we need all the light in the bathroom. Couldn't get the air conditioner to come on. Reported to the front desk, no one came to fix it. Was hot and stuffy in the room without a fan or air. I found bites on kids' morning of checkout. After looking found bedbug in room. Once reported to the front desk, the lady was a bit rude and not helpful as to what steps needed to be taken to fix the issues. Overall, the stay was not comfortable at all.
