Liked: Staff very good Breakfast very substantial
Disliked: Bus was 12minutes late at Airport during a freezing night.Breakfast substantial but bacon overcooked and omelets a tas synthetic

Very disappointed, will not return!

Liked: Close the airport
Disliked: After we checked in with our children close to midnight, there was a strong smell of weed coming from the heating unit, not much staff could do about it but I didn’t last too long. There was a sliding barn door to close the bathroom. When the door was closed it was not flush with the wall leaving No privacy.We specifically booked this room for the shuttle. When we checked in at midnight the only available shuttle was at 7am, the flight we had to catch was at 7:50. Again staff said sorry nothing we can do!

Short stay - only seven...

Liked: Breakfast was fine. Shuttle bus from the hotel was very convenient.
Disliked: Only issue was one elevator broke down. And my partner found some hairs in the shower which suggested better housekeeping desired. She let the front desk know.

Very relaxing

Liked: Very short stay unfortunately, but it was great! The staff are all super friendly, helpful, and the beds were so comfortable we almost missed breakfast,!!
