Liked: The breakfast was good, a little busy because of the time we chose to go down. The stay was quiet and peaceful which is very important to us.
Disliked: Bathroom shower was missing the body wash bottle and pillows were not fluffy (a little limp).

Rude Staff and Unsafe Bathroom...

Liked: Clean Rooms, not that far from vineyards if you have car.
Disliked: Staff were not welcoming, the major problem was my daughter like on the other posts here jammed her finger and we required medical attention from the staff. It’s clearly a problem as they have modified the inside of the door but one door handle still goes behind the door jam which you really have to look closely to see the right handle to use. My daughter’s finger she is 10 is only just healing now. It was a very heavy sliding automated barn door. Staff did not care when we told them. Please be ware if you have little one’s if I could share the photo I would however it’s not allowing me to up load photos. Would like compensation for this and they didn’t care. It is a health and safety issue.
