Liked: Booking.com is what I had the worst experience with. I booked the hotel through them and they overcharged me. When I told them they overcharged me and should refund the difference, they asked me to send them my bank statement. Why should they even need my bank statement to correct their own error when they have everything about my reservation in front of them?I'll never book through booking.com again. Booking.com does not need my personal banking information to refund me my money. Terrible experience with them.

Overall, the hotel was clean...
Liked: We arrived shortly after Hurricane Debby had come through. The property was open for business and was taking in some local residents who had lost power during the storm.
Disliked: The first room we were given had a door that stuck so bad that we also couldn't get out of it! It was also very musty smelling. Luckily another room was available for us to move to. The second room was much better. I don't know if this was because of the hurricane but the front desk staff seemed to be stretched thin. The single person checking people in was also doing housekeeping which resulted in no one at the front desk for longer periods of time than I've seen at other Hampton Inns. Again, this may have been because of the hurricane and other staff not being available.
