Disliked: When we got our room we went up to it and walked in, it smelt horrible in the room. Ended up going back downstairs to get a different room and the guy seemed like he was irritated but he did get us into a different room quick. When we walked back by the first room you could smell the Lysol spray they were spraying trying to get the room to smell better. I screwed up and booked this room knowing not to go to the Hampton from the last time my family stayed there.

Liked: Reception staff friendly & helpful and gave us good suggestions to where we could eat & watch the NFL game.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the walls and floors must not be very thick or insulated because in the room above us they were stomping around ALL night, we could hear heavy footsteps constantly going back & forth the room (what the heck were they doing?!) We also could hear the guest's TV in the room beside us, I felt I had to turn our tv up louder to drown out theirs... so noise was a big issue in this hotel
