Clean, comfortable, & convenient

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay here. Front desk was amazing and helpful, the room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The lady in charge of breakfast during our stay always made sure everything was clean and restocked. Shared a parking lot with popstroke & baumhowers so that was nice as we walked to both of those places. Easy to get to the hotel and close to other restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Location is great to UA, and awesome breakfast nice folks!
Disliked: No EV chargers, but does not keep me away-this place is great! Just hoping the EV chargers will come soon.

A wonderful and enjoyable stay

Liked: Everything was great--- from the cheerful, considerate and competent behavior of the Front Desk Staff, to the customer focused attitude and personality of the Breakfast Area Staff and the menu options provided, to the location and cleanliness of the property. It was clearly a wonderful and enjoyable stay for us, and Danielle at the Front Desk must be commended.
Disliked: There was nothing for us not to like.

I won't be back for...

Liked: It's hard to say what I liked. Breakfast was mediocre. Room was mediocre. Staff was uncooperative and rude, so I like the fact that I won't ever have to stay there again. I suppose another "like" would be that the location was near my conference venue.
Disliked: It shouldn't have been so difficult to check in. The staff questioned my tax-exempt status, although I had the required document showing our 501-C3 status. They still tried to charge me for some of the taxes. I had to call our home office to get it cleared up.The miniature golf course next door blared LOUD music into the night, causing me to have difficulty sleeping.
