Pretty adequate hotel, good value...

Liked: Room big and functional, clean, staff OK. Reliable free shuttle service to airport terminal (I used at 4 am).
Disliked: I was told at reception that if I wanted to do early check in (before 12 pm) I could do it...by paying USD 50. First time I see this...also, no restaurant at the hotel, I had to go to the other hotels nearby. But this I knew before arriving, so no complaint, I got what I expected.

Disliked: Furniture could’ve been cleaner, couches & carpet. Those are the first things I check before I sit on them , or walk barefoot on carpet. Everything else was fine.

Liked: This hotel is ideally located close to the airport. The bedroom was clean and spacious. Bedding was comfortable.
Disliked: The receptionist and manager were very rude. When I arrived, the receptionist couldn't find my reservation and refused to look at my proof of payment. After I insisted, he looked at my proof of payment and told me I may have booked a room in 2025 (which was wrong). He said he couldn't help me because I had booked the room on Booking. After checking, it was Booking that hadn't paid the hotel. So I had to pay for my hotel room a second time, without any help from the team. Then the receptionist wanted to check out my colleague to make him look friendly, which was ridiculous. The receptionist and manager were haughty and unhelpful, what a shame.
