Liked: Staff was awesome. Only constructive feedback is the facility needs new carpet and interior updates. Looks dated for a typical Hampton Inn.
Disliked: Looks worn.

Liked: Great staff, friendly people, breakfast selection was fantastic and the location was perfect.
Disliked: Small fitness room and the ice machines weren’t working.

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good. Tom was clean. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: It was close to a corner on a busy rd so hard to pull into and out of. Side entrance was a bit dirty.

Less than expected from a...

Liked: The manager was helpful about checking out early.
Disliked: Our room was booked as a queen but the bed looked like a full or double. The room was very small. The layout of the hotel seemed less about comfort and more about cramming in as many rooms as possible. The fitness room had no dumbbells.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Had to check out about 4 due to an emergency at home. Instead of giving us the courtesy of a late checkout, we were charged for the 2nd night. Due to your cost saving plan offering maid service only every other day, the room was not due to be made up at all during our stay.I wish you would consider a partial credit. It would be a positive gesture. We will be returning more to TVC since our grandson is at the Maritime Academy for the next 3 years. Thank you for your consideration. Richard Lantzy
