Liked: Location, good staff, and everything worked

A perfect overnight stay, hotel...

Liked: Breakfast was very good, several choices to select from. Location of hotel was excellent, near major interstate highway, several restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked: Nothing everything was perfect.

Liked: William, the front desk employee when we checked in, was very helpful to us and others who were checking in when we were. He came to our room and reset our AC/heater fan. We couldn’t get it to shut off so he offered to come up and help. He was so kind and helpful. A big asset to your hotel.The tv channels weren’t available during our stay. The morning front desk staff said the whole system was down. We overheard other guests discussing it during breakfast. It was frustrating for all of us.

Liked: Checking in, Rachel, was exceptional. Welcoming, professional and efficient.
Disliked: Walking by housekeeping staff hanging out in the exit hallway organizing themselves to begin their day.
