Liked: breakfast was fine, what I expected.
Disliked: The rooms have no drawers for your clothes, had to dig thru the suitcase for clothes.

I would never stay there...

Liked: Staff was very pleasant, and breakfast was fine. Location is good too.
Disliked: My shower didn't work in the first room and the coffee pot was missing a critical part so I was moved to another room. The other room had a shower door that was very difficult to open and the water did not get hot. I was forced to take a cold to lukewarm shower. By the time I got out of the shower it was warm, but I let the water run a long time hoping it would get hot. The carpet was old and dirty looking.

Liked: Staff very friendly
Disliked: We had 6 adults in our group and we decided on 2 rooms with king bed with pull out sofa. The sofas were old and dingy and the mattress was paper thin. One pull out was broken but we were able to fix it. They had no roll away beds available when asked and we were just given extra mattress pads to help. The heating unit didn’t work properly in one unit. I have stayed in many Hampton Inns and this one is well below expectations for a 3 star hotel and the price we paid.

Hilton you should be ashamed...

Liked: On the outside it looked okay
Disliked: The sheets were filthy. It looked like they had an orgy in there. My husband took pictures of them. Theylooked like intamate lubricant was on the sheets . He showed them to front desk . Managers said he did not see it he must have been blind. We asked for clean sheet. He gave us two fitted. Sadly we pulled our daughters bedding down same thing. Asked for new room same story. Left and got new hotel.
