Late notice closure

Liked: Nothing.....it was closed
Disliked: Getting a notification it was closed while at sea on a cruise. Had to find quick accommodations 2 days before arrival!!

Uncomfortable stay - NOT up...

Disliked: Worst bed I’ve ever TRIED to sleep on. Ended up sitting up all night in a chair. Couldn’t hang up a dress, only shirts in their version of a “closet”. Loud A/C unit, no mini fridge or microwave, poor design and room flow - small and cramped. Bed was supposed to be a King and doubtful that was even a queen. Property is under renovation, but these issues are unrelated. NOT up to Hilton property standards of a quality stay. Extremely disappointing stay and would not recommend.

the staff was absolutely amazing....

Liked: The end is being remodeled. When I arrived, there was so much dust that the fire alarm and strobe lights were going off, including in guest rooms. To the credit of the staff, they kept calling the engineer to see how soon the flashing lights would stop and the alarm.
Disliked: The remodeling was taking place in corridors and hallways, they actually closed off the doors to the elevator, and it took us three trips to find the elevator.

Disliked: The bed was not very comfortable, the mattress was VERY firm. Lots of work being done to the hotel, literally had to move the plastic and painters tape out of the way to enter our room
