Liked: Breakfast was great, availability of drinks warm and cold, amenities in the bathroom were great.The staff were friendly and forthcoming. The guy at reception (Sunday night Feb 23rd, 2025) stood out specifically. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me and helping me plan my trip the next day.
Disliked: The fridge in the room was loud. There was no hanger and no hook in the room to hang coats, jackets, or blouses.

Exceptional

Disliked: The king suite, I expected a pull out bed, couch or even a separated space of living. This was just a room with a king bed. It worked for us (my hubby and I ) But did force us to get a 3rd (which is not cheap) room for our kids to stay in.

Best stay

Liked: The staff. The cleanliness, the kindness. It was one of the most amazing experiences we have ever had. The front desk woman Clarissa gave us a chance to go into the hot tub after hours because it had been packed all day and let us enjoy the end of valentines day. She went out of her way to make it so special. I give this a 10 out of 10 stay. We just booked our next stay in May for the jacuzzi room for our 4 year wedding anniversary. Thank you for such a wonderful experience
