All things considered, it was...

Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful; breakfast well stocked and fresh; and the room clean and bright.
Disliked: $100 incidental charge will not post back to our bank account for 3-5 days after departure - a detail not made clear at check in. The carpets and door rugs need a good cleaning. The carpet in our room felt damp and sticky.

Liked: We loved the breakfast, it wasnt the same each morning, the pool was clean and fresh, the sheets smelled amazing.. Loved the multiple entrances. Everything was great. Nice location!
Disliked: Well, I traveled with animals and one can be a barker. I received a call while I was about an hour away saying they had gotten multiple complaints. It just makes it hard to do the activities we had planned if I can't leave the dog in the hotel room in his cage. I thought that would be ok to leave him since we paid the pet fee and he was in his cage . Also the carpets In the rooms are filthy they leave feet sticky, don't walk on them bare footed.
