Liked: Location was great , easy to get to, room was clean and staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Had to pay $15 a day for parking, breakfast was Soso, water pressure in showers could be better, towels were medium size could have been bigger

Never again
Liked: I came in around 11:45 pm after my husband and I enjoyed a Broadway show ( for my husbands bday surprise ) . I called informing them I was coming around that time ( I know check in is at 3 pm ) . I get there the lady on the front desk claims that I don’t pay because I used Apple Pay , I informed her I did but she than lifts up the key board to show me that they do not take Apple Pay . I was so embarrassed because I didn’t have any other way to pay so I had to ask my husband to pay for his surprise . My husband told me check my account while he pulled out his card ,and as he is telling me this , she than says U did pay but u still have to pay for parking and someSecurity thing that we get the money back for . I asked her repeatedly “ so why did u tell me I didn’t pay ? “You can only imagine how this lady made me feel and how small she made me feel . People like here do not belong in the front desk . If u view the cameras for that night u can see her repeat herself and show me the keep board and says u see it . We do not accept Apple Pay .

Horrible; will never stay again.
Liked: Easy to find, quiet, comfortable, spacious room.
Disliked: I accidentally left my mother’s wedding & engagement rings (she passed in 2014) on a table in the room & contacted the hotel as soon as I realized after checking out. I was told “the cleaning staff didn’t find anything.” Several phone calls later, I FINALLY reached the manager on duty, explained the situation, offered a $5,000 no-questions-asked reward for the return of them. I was told “We’ll get to the bottom of this,” and then was completely ghosted. I was told the manager “is in a meeting” each subsequent day I called & voice mails were not returned. Hotel is filled with thieves with zero conscience. They were the only material things I had left of my late mother and planned to pass them down to one of my daughters. We will never return to the hotel or that New York area ever again. Horrible, horrible people.
