Our stay at the Hampton Inn was great. As soon as we checked in, the manager "Jason" was so kind and helpful he made us feel right at home. We arrived 2 hours before check in and they already had our two suites available for us to move right in and relax. My boys and I went right down to the pool and fitness center. Fitness center was small but it had some of the best up to date equipment and we all got an awesome workout! (couldn't walk the next morning...LOL). Jason (manager) set up and made sure our boys had shuttle rides to and from their concert event. My wife and I got a little hungry early in the afternoon and we didn't want to get lunch because it was too late knowing it would spoil my birthday dinner later that night. So I went down to the lobby for snacks and selected a few things and drinks - when I went to pay for them Jason came over to the cashier and told her the snacks are on the house! Next morning my wife and I couldn't believe the breakfast spread - the food was OUTSTANDING! We will be back for sure.
Liked: Manager Jason was a great manager. He will truly make sure your stay is perfect! Rooms were nice and clean; bed and sleep sofa was so comfortable. The best part was the breakfast - food was outstanding. Will stay here again for sure!
Disliked: The only bad thing was some loud people returning from a heavy metal show that night at the Worcester Palladium and the in-door pool is tiny but refreshing.

Frustrating
Liked: It was clean and close to where we needed to go. But the experience was a nightmare. Not at all like anything we’ve even encountered before.
Disliked: I booked a week before for a cheerleading event and paid $692 for two nights. That alone they should be taking care of us. Since I know other people only paid less than half that. We were put in a room that the heater was so loud and kept going on and off. The people above us were banging on the floor continuously all through late in the night. We got little to no sleep. I did inform the hotel of both of those things first thing in the morning when I was texted to ask how our stay was. I was told someone would be sent to the room to repair the heater. We got back to the hotel that night. The heater was still doing the same thing. I called down at the desk at 10:30 complaining about the people upstairs again. Then again at 11:30. The banging and hard thumping did not stop. At 12 o’clock a security guard came and knocked on our door and asked what the noise was. I brought him in our room so he could hear it. He said he had been standing outside their door upstairs for over five minutes and didn’t hear anything except some music. Ok first, creepy, secondly Just knock on their door like you were supposed to and ask them to stop. The security guard said he didn’t think the banging was that bad when I had him listen for the 30 seconds. Unbelievable! I felt like I was talking to a child at that point explaining wouldn’t hear them banging on the floor standing outside their door because there’s carpet, only we feel the whole room moving and banging being underneath them. Then he continue to tell me it doesn’t seem that bad. Ya know the whole 30 seconds he heard not hours of it. Umm excuse me sir, now it’s 12 midnight we have to be up at 5am for a full competition day. I should not have had to justify this to the staff. I paid for a peaceful enjoyable stay.So we had two horrible nights with lack of sleep with a loud heater and people upstairs with no consideration. Along with an ignorant security person.

The rooms are nice, the...
Liked: I liked the room, it was spacious and clean. The bathroom even provided soap, shampoo, and body lotion.
Disliked: I was shocked to see that the dishes for breakfast consisted out of paper, plastic, and styrofoam. There seems to be no consideration for the polluting qualities of these kinds of material. I would be willing to pay a bit more if the hotel invested in a dishwasher. The food was okay, the coffee very bitter.
