Our stay at the Hampton Inn was great. As soon as we checked in, the manager "Jason" was so kind and helpful he made us feel right at home. We arrived 2 hours before check in and they already had our two suites available for us to move right in and relax. My boys and I went right down to the pool and fitness center. Fitness center was small but it had some of the best up to date equipment and we all got an awesome workout! (couldn't walk the next morning...LOL). Jason (manager) set up and made sure our boys had shuttle rides to and from their concert event. My wife and I got a little hungry early in the afternoon and we didn't want to get lunch because it was too late knowing it would spoil my birthday dinner later that night. So I went down to the lobby for snacks and selected a few things and drinks - when I went to pay for them Jason came over to the cashier and told her the snacks are on the house! Next morning my wife and I couldn't believe the breakfast spread - the food was OUTSTANDING! We will be back for sure.
Liked: Manager Jason was a great manager. He will truly make sure your stay is perfect! Rooms were nice and clean; bed and sleep sofa was so comfortable. The best part was the breakfast - food was outstanding. Will stay here again for sure!
Disliked: The only bad thing was some loud people returning from a heavy metal show that night at the Worcester Palladium and the in-door pool is tiny but refreshing.

In the center of town
Liked: Was super close to Ralph’s Diner where we were going to catch a show. Had a cute pooland excellent breakfast. Loved the little fireplace in the foyer!

Liked: nothing really stood out. The room was clean as expected.
Disliked: Every plate and cup is made of styrofoam and the property does not recycle - which is horrible for the environment and the compounds in styrofoam are know cancer causing agents. There is only one cafe and one restaurant within walking distance. There were police, fire and ambulance sirens all night long which, despite being on the top floor, were loud even through the windows. Our sleep was horrible...
