Our stay at the Hampton Inn was great. As soon as we checked in, the manager "Jason" was so kind and helpful he made us feel right at home. We arrived 2 hours before check in and they already had our two suites available for us to move right in and relax. My boys and I went right down to the pool and fitness center. Fitness center was small but it had some of the best up to date equipment and we all got an awesome workout! (couldn't walk the next morning...LOL). Jason (manager) set up and made sure our boys had shuttle rides to and from their concert event. My wife and I got a little hungry early in the afternoon and we didn't want to get lunch because it was too late knowing it would spoil my birthday dinner later that night. So I went down to the lobby for snacks and selected a few things and drinks - when I went to pay for them Jason came over to the cashier and told her the snacks are on the house! Next morning my wife and I couldn't believe the breakfast spread - the food was OUTSTANDING! We will be back for sure.
Liked: Manager Jason was a great manager. He will truly make sure your stay is perfect! Rooms were nice and clean; bed and sleep sofa was so comfortable. The best part was the breakfast - food was outstanding. Will stay here again for sure!
Disliked: The only bad thing was some loud people returning from a heavy metal show that night at the Worcester Palladium and the in-door pool is tiny but refreshing.

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel, particularly the shocking behavior from one staff member — Mario, the male receptionist. From the moment I approached the front desk with an issue regarding my booking, it was clear he had absolutely no interest in helping. His attitude was dismissive, cold, and downright hostile, almost as if he didn’t want me there at all.The lack of basic customer service skills was appalling. It felt like every question or request was met with resistance and a condescending tone, rather than any willingness to assist. What’s even more concerning is that his behavior felt blatantly discriminatory — I can’t shake the feeling that his treatment was rooted in prejudice. No guest should ever feel unwelcome or disrespected based on who they are.It’s a shame because the other staff members were polite, professional, and happy to assist, but Mario’s attitude completely overshadowed my experience. I genuinely wonder how someone with such poor customer service, and clear bias, managed to secure a front desk role — a position that requires welcoming and assisting all guests equally.I hope management takes this seriously because no guest should ever leave a hotel feeling disrespected and unwanted. This level of service is unacceptable.

Perfectly adequate and comfortable
Liked: Everything was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The breakfast was good, but plastic plates and flatware? The room was clean and comfortable, but it was obviously a shabbier room that was incompletely renovated. The bathroom showed signs of age. The choices in the area for an evening meal were very limited.
