Liked: All in all a positive stay. Except....pillows were horrible, half the normal size pillow. And, hot water took 10 mins to reach the faucet and shower. Very clean. But please change the pillows to normal size. King pillows for king beds, queen pillows for queen beds.

Disliked: There were other guest that were extremely loud and took over the hotel. We went to the pool and had it appears they were using the hotel as a birthday party with several guest even though they only booked 1 room. They left towels everywhere and purposely splashed my family with toys while the adults did nothing. Then leaving the pool they had taken over the entire lobby to cater their food. At 12:30 at night I was awoken by kids running and laughing down the hall, with an adult who once again did nothing but say "people may be sleeping". I could not fall back asleep and booked this hotel strictly to get rest. It would have been nice if there were more rules set in place for these rowdy guest.
