Good as every other Hampton...

Liked: It was okay, because staff did not keep hot food stocked the last hour of service and it ran out.
Disliked: Booking site did not inform me of having only valet parking and was surprised when I arrived.

Comfortable rooms, central location, good...

Liked: Comfortable large rooms with all amenities. Staff were attentive and very helpful.

Disliked: I had an drs appt nearby and we arrived late that night and it was cold and raining .. my little boy is in a wheelchair so we asked to park near the hotel entrance in the handicapped spot ( we have the tag) but was told we would have to pay $22 parking fee! That’s insane! We would have had to park far away and push my little boy in the cold wind and rain … pathetic how they would treat customers who are gold Hilton Honor members! There were 4 of us and we asked for the complimentary waters, and they would only give us 3.. wow! The room smelled horrible !! Like the carpet had been wet and mildewed! The room was near construction outside and we heard every thing.. not the Hampton Inn experience we are used to .. the Winston Salem location is very subpar!

Liked: An excellent place to stay! All the staff were very friendly, and the quality of the breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of eggs in particular. The room condition was also top-notch. Highly recommended!
