Liked: The breakfast was okay. It was free so I am not going to complain.
Disliked: Water shouldn't have to be an option these days. You have a coffee maker in your room but if you don't have your own water, you must use the tap. I would rather pay a few dollars more to have it in the room

Liked: We loved the location. It was within walking distance of everything downtown. We had a great view of the park which looked beautiful and lit up for the holidays. The room was very comfortable.
Disliked: On Saturday morning the hot breakfast buffet was depleted of eggs and breakfast meat. After waiting for 10-15 minutes we finally approached the workers and were told that she didn’t think anyone else was coming so she didn’t plan to make more. This was at 9:00am and breakfast was supposed be o be available until10:00am. Several people came down after us and were looking for hot food also.

Charge For parking when you...

Liked: Have used this place past few years. Convient to business in downtown.
Disliked: They charge a redicoulous amount for parking. $20.00 I do not like having any valet college kid driving my vehicle. This garage is part of the property. The public garage is $10.00 That is adjacent to property. Can not park on street called Town Run Lane because homless are sleeping in doorway of some treatement facility for people on back street next to Kaleidium. When I sent Hampton a rateing I received an email that did not address my concerns as to the hotel not notifying people they charge for parking. I will never stay here again.
