Disliked: Due to renovation there was some discomfort and also for 24 hours we didn't had hot water as some pipe was burst.

Superb

Disliked: The heating/air conditioning system is very poor. This type has to be one of the most energy inefficient type ever.

Liked: Staff service was polite and attentive. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Pool was cold. Booking.com said there was a hot tub but it had been removed. Heat radiator was noisy n microwave didn't work. Renovations were happening.

Okay but...

Liked: The front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating.
Disliked: We weren't notified that the pool was out of order, due to renovations. We were looking forward to a relaxing swim. Also, the pillows in the room leave a lot to be desired. They tend to flatten down to nothing. We also found the mattress very uncomfortable.
