Liked: Very clean and modern our room was so spacious and we loved the pull out couch option
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Being on the first floor and people could see in the windows they should be tinted see out not able to see in

Disliked: Not enough trash cans in the room. Bathroom facilities need updating.

Disliked: To start off the FDM Jackson was very inappropriate in his approach to his personal feeling of “I was there forcefully” and making a spectacle of my “weird behavior” when in all reality I have high social anxiety and was under the influence as I was celebrating a very special occasion on top of it being Valentine’s weekend. He failed to say hello when it was our turn in line; instead picked up a phone call about someone entering the room of another guest, the proceeded to ask my last name which I said too low for his liking to which he very loudly questioned “ YOU ALRIGHT ? “ for all to hear and wonder. He also made sure to let me and everyone (from the volume of his conversation with my HUSBAND and I) THAT “WE HAVE ALOT OF ‘THESE’ CASES COME THROUGH HERE”. Mentioned Domestic violence a few times and not one tried to read my response with understanding or true concern it was more of a let’s see how we can embarrass this person. He didn’t bother to even let us know what room number we were in just handed the card over and let us figure it out. Then called once my food delivery arrived - I responded politely with a thank you and informed that my husband would be down shortly to what was received with a “mmhmm okay”. Appreciate his concern if that’s what you call it - would never visit this place again based on his presumed ignorance. Breakfast was okay, didn’t use any of the other facilities the property offered because it was too packed for my liking which is okay.

I would definitely stay again

Liked: Breakfast included was a big selling point. Nice size room quiet and clean. Park lot was very clean and close to the main entrance.
Disliked: Some fresh fruit like melons and strawberries would nice. Some milk for drinking and even chocolate milk. I’m not a fan eating and drinking from paper products after all this is a sit down break.
