The room was clean, quiet...

Liked: The fresh tangerines were delicious and always available. Even though we were right around the corner from the elevator, the room was very quiet.
Disliked: I like having fresh hot eggs for breakfast with the Polish sausage was very salty. A different kind of meat would have been nice as well as fresh half-and-half instead of the little prepackaged container containers.

No recommended!

Liked: Location was ok - bed was comfy.
Disliked: The breakfast was horrible - we arrived about 1 hr after opening - only had like one attendant and she seemed to be asking front desk how to make coffee - they were out of a number of things - not sure how that is possible after an hour in when you are open for 4 hrs. - waffle batter was nearly out - the waffle stand needed to be elevated as you could hardly get the little cup in and out under the spigot - this is not rocket science folks - poor management at best!!

Customer service is awful.

Disliked: They do not follow no prepayment, they authorize 5 days prior argue about it and “offer an upgrade” to take it away. I booked a handicap room for my mom, they allowed someone to rebook the handicap room for that night and made it seem like they upgraded our room. On arrival I stated I needed the handicap accessible room, they didn’t have one and our “upgrade” was a two queen room for an adult couple. We ended up having to have just a plain king room at the price we paid more for the previous room.Customer service at this hotel is awful. Multiple people who booked stated the same.

Liked: I enjoyed the pool and hot tub, spent a lot of time there!
Disliked: The only thing I can think of would be the snack prices, but it’s always expensive.

Elementary school recess

Liked: Clean, friendly staff
Disliked: We happened to be there while there was an event with dozens of kids. The pool area was full from open to close and there wasn’t a quiet part of the hotel. Not the fault of the hotel or staff but an expensive stay at a playground.
