Liked: Excellent customer service. Very clean room.
Disliked: Door squeaked badly, wallpaper starting to peel, people were running in the hallway and pillows were uncomfortable.

Liked: Breakfast was really good and the location was good and safe.
Disliked: We were told the room below us complained about noise from us and we definitely were not loud. Not sure what that was about but it upset our girls.

Disliked: The toilet was small and too low. I have bad hips and my husband was getting knee surgery during the stay. So the toilet was hard to sit and to stand back up.

Liked: The property is in a great location for restaurants and other retail stores. This is why we’ve always picked this hotel.
Disliked: The hotel was apparently undergoing repairs and upgrades to their air conditioning. This was causing the units to have a flapping or very loud nose in both rooms we rented making it very difficult to sleep. Both rooms were very musty and smelled weird. Although the hotel as a whole felt clean, the room almost felt like it was just brushed over. The floor had crumbs in the middle of the room, the bathroom had noticeable stains, the tabletops had some sort of sticky substance, and food from a previous stay was left in the fridge. One of my rooms had an issue with the toilet and it not working multiple times on a two night stay.
