Disliked: Negative experience, wholly, in regards to Hampton. We booked at their property, specifically to treat our hard-working wrestler to a fun overnight in a hotel with an indoor pool for swimming and a continental to enjoy the next morning. Upon arrival, we discovered that the pool was not in service. Since we booked through a 3rd party, we were told Hampton wouldn’t do anything to resolve the issue. Booking agent was AMAZING- they reached out directly (first by phone, which was never answered) through email to notify Hampton that they were requesting that we receive a refund. They went on to explain that they would be sending an invoice to the property from Booking for our refund if they didn’t do it themselves.

Liked: Nicely furnished, spacious and clean.
Disliked: Sound from adjoining rooms made it hard to sleep at times.

Liked: Old and dirty and bathroom didn’t work and no one on site to fix
