Hidden fees make this hotel...

Liked: Room was just OK for the price
Disliked: $75 dog fee. Parking fee. I had just stayed at a Homewood Suites in San Bernardino. Homewood was much better and dog fee was only $45. Parking fees are new this year and is wrong!!Breakfast was mediocre. This room was booked on booking.com at started at $155. I ended up paying $257 on checkout. Unacceptable. Won't ever stay at Hampton again.

Disliked: Someone was smoking a cigar in the middle of the morning around 1-2am. I had a difficult time sleeping.

Liked: Marlene at the front desk was an absolute dream. Wonderful personality and superb customer service skills. There was a board in the lobby with holiday events in the area and recommended restaurants that was very helpful. My room was everything I needed it to be. I also used the fitness room and found it very clean and well equipped.
