Was very disappointed in Hilton...

Liked: Good
Disliked: We were booked into a room that had no black out shade or curtains. So…we had lights from outside all night and the sun at dawn. The hotel was aware of this when I called the front desk but had gone ahead and put us in this room.

Disliked: Putting an extra $50 charge initially on my charge card for incidentals. We did not use this. I understand it was refunded but I don't like being charged beforehand.

Liked: Very friendly staff.
Disliked: I booked a week for 172.63 a night and I stayed an extra day and got charged 312.62 for an extra day!Same room I don’t understand why!
