Can’t stand a theif!

Liked: Nice, clean
Disliked: We accidentally left a couple of our personal items, we called the hotel and they said “they didn’t find the items” then they called us back saying the staff cleaners didn’t turn the items in but they were found (staff was trying to keep the items) They apologized and said they would mail them to us, took our card number even and we haven’t heard from anyone since and still haven’t received our items.!!!! Very disappointed!!

Overall it was great and...

Liked: Clean and located close to a lot of shopping and eating places.
Disliked: The pillows in the bedroom is bad and it’s too soft.

A comfortable stay

Liked: Predictability. Breakfast was as expected for the Hampton Inn IHG chain and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Interstate road noise and one way traffic in and out of the hotel. Staff were a little bit cool and stand offish.

I’ll be back

Liked: Good location. Clean room. No mold in shower like a lot of places. Comfortable bed. Blackout window shade.
Disliked: Breakfast should have eggs without cheese.
