Confident yet disappointing

Liked: Front desk person was extremely rude on arrival to the hotel, and attempted to have me pay more then my reservation through booking.com
Disliked: Some outlets and lights did not work in my room. Front desk man was rude during registration.

Great location!

Liked: Great location! Good breakfast included. Comfortable lobby area with ample seating that was also a perfect place to bring back lunch or dinner from one of the food options in Arsenal Yards.
Disliked: Handheld shower in my room didn’t work
