Just stay here if you...
Liked: Breakfast was very basic. Room was not that clean and I was not even able to switch on the Room lights for the entire stay. There is no complementary water included and I was given two bottles of water when I showed the property that I am a Hilton Honor member. The staff on the reception during check-in was not so friendly!
Disliked: Nothing much was so special. maybe the location of the hotel.

Terrible!
Liked: nothing
Disliked: I stayed with my family and friends on New Year's Eve and in the early hours of the morning a man broke into my room after kicking the door for 20 minutes. I called reception 3 times asking for help and it took them 20 minutes to send a security guard. I called the police and my wife and children screamed in fear while a man broke down the door to the room. When the police arrived, there was blood on the floor, walls and door from how much the man had knocked until he broke it down. What was supposed to be a nice family outing turned into a nightmare. Run away from this hotel, don't go through this too!The manager is a jerk and rude and thought the situation was normal, sadly the family vacation ended

Amazing view. Great value. Excellent...
Liked: I loved the view from the aisles and all rooms facing the street and the river. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent.
Disliked: Upon arrival, I was assigned room 411, which was dimly lit, furnished in an outdated style, and had a malfunctioning, noisy air conditioner, creating a rather depressing atmosphere. When I approached the receptionist to request a different room, he was unprofessional and unfriendly, making it seem like a significant inconvenience to accommodate my request. This interaction left me quite dissatisfied with my stay. However, the next morning, the day-shift receptionist was more helpful and arranged for me to move to a better room on a higher floor, which offered more natural light and a pleasant view. To elevate your hotel's excellence, it's imperative to employ receptionists who are polite, sensitive, and professional, avoiding any demeanor that suggests ownership or entitlement.
