IT'S OKAY - PLEASE FIX...

Liked: I use this hotel because I travel a lot for work and it is located right across the street from my office. The breakfast is GREAT. It's hard to believe that it is included. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: They need to pay more attention to their gym. They only have 3 treadmills and 2 of the three were down my last visit. BTW, I have been there multiple times over the past year and at least 1 machine has always been down. This is something that is advertised and should be available for full use by its guests.

Very comfortable stay!

Liked: My room was very comfortable and quiet. I had a good workout in the fitness center and breakfast was great. The coffee was delicious!
Disliked: No one was at the front desk for check in when i arrived and there was a bit of a wait. Other than that, everything was great.

Tell me about the pet...

Disliked: Did not like the fact that I was not told UP FRONT that there was a $75.00 pet charge. Next time I will not pay up front for my room. Pet friendly ok, but at least tell your clients that there is an extra charge.
