VERY DISAPPOINTED

Liked: Front desk staff was rude. Bedding was stained and ripped and had a smell to it we couldn’t use it. The pillows lost feathers every time you laid your head down and were flat once you laid your head on them, so we had to go out and buy blankets and pillows for our stay, VERY DISAPPOINTING! The toilet wasn’t fixed to the floor and moved every time. All the soaps in the shower were empty as well. Overall one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed in. We will not be using this hotel in the future.

Liked: The staff were super nice and kind. They were helpful with directions and recommendations on places to eat. Rooms were clean, comfortably, good water pressure for showers. Breakfast was good with many options.
Disliked: There was nothing about the hotel we did not like.

Liked: The breakfast and the breakfast area was outstanding. The location was very convenient. The front desk staff was outstanding.

Liked: The staff was accommodating. It was clean and breakfast was nice. The have a little area with most of the items you might need while traveling. Including snacks, drinks and a local ice cream.
Disliked: I have "down alternative" in my Honors info, but I still received a room with down pillows. Unfortunately I am allergic. They replaced a few of the pillows and I put the down ones in the hallway and called them, but it still bothered my allergies the whole trip.
