Clean, friendly pet friendly hotel!!

Liked: I loved it was clean even though they allowed pets. I expected less but was pleasantly surprised. Our room was close to an exit so we could take our dog out easily. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms are very nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The pool was done for maintenance, but they did offer the gym down the street for free with our room key.

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: We went for an overnight for my son’s cardiology appointment and booked this one mainly for the pool and pictures looked in really good condition as far as the rooms. Well we made the 2 and a half hour drive and was told the pool was down. Kids were upset, we went upstairs to make the best of it, I let the kids play in the bathtub, but I had to wipe it out first and I used a white towel and it was black when I finished wiping it down. Furniture had plenty of wear and tear and the ac/heat unit was holding together with packing tape to the far right side. There was stains on some of the clean white towels we tried to use. The breakfast OJ was heavily watered down, we kinda just gave up and chalked it to a bad experience and learning curve for next time to only book and use places people refer and to definitely call ahead to make sure the pool is up.

Not worth the money

Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable, room was dirty and the main reason I booked was because of a pool and it was closed. Wasn’t worth the amount I paid

Disliked: Hot water heater was broke down for several hours, the hotel wanted to issue a partial refund but booking.com can't call the hotel and get proof of the issue

Great stay in Tulsa!

Liked: Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable room.

Overall, pretty good.

Liked: Friendly, clean, comfy bed/pillows, good size room,heater unit in room was loud though and over-sink mirror in bathroom was burned out. Exhaust fan in both elevators were loud. For the size of the hotel and occupancy load, the breakfast area needs to be bigger. It was really crowded and uncomfortable trying to prepare a plate with so many people jammed into such a small area.
Disliked: Clean and comfortable room

Wonderful stay!! Highly recommend!

Liked: It was in a great area, surrounded by lots of restaurants and Church.
Disliked: Parking lot could use repairs.
