Very good
Liked: The staff is friendly, they were very kind to my mother who does not speak English and made an effort to communicate so she would not feel uncomfortable. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, and the rooms are clean.
Disliked: I found the pet fee high compared to other hotels, I normally pay $15 to $25, in this hotel it was $75. The room staff needs more attention, the hair products were empty.

Liked: I did not stay at this property. The morning of my check-in they contacted me and asked me to go to the Crowne Plaza at the same rate. I had a real pleasant stay at the Crowne Plaza.

Liked: Good location near Toronto Pearson Airport
Disliked: At check-in, I was asked the strangest question: "Will you be parking with us?" I'm thinking, duh, I'm staying at this hotel, where else would I park? I later realized why I was asked this question. Parking was in very short supply, despite having to pay for it. Normally, hotel parking is included, but this is Toronto, so I understand. However, for $28/night, parking should not be a problem. On the second night, I returned to find zero parking spaces. I had to go inside to ask for help. Fortunately, a parking pass for the hotel parkade next door was promptly provided. Considering there was also no parking available on other nights (clearly this is a frequent issue the staff are well aware of), I feel I should have been offered a pass for the parkade at the hotel next door upon check in, in addition to the pass I was given to park at the Hampton. But what I really don't understand was the lack of available spaces in the middle of the day, when most hotels have tons of spaces available. It appears hotel management may be giving parking priority to people who aren't even hotel guests. Must be worth a lot of $$$ to the owner! I am very disappointed with the parking at this hotel. This is no way to treat a guest of your hotel.
