Never again Hampton Inn

Liked: Booked our room & confirmed we would be late & received confirmation would be no problem . When we got to hotel they moved us to another hotel because the government took our rooms for immigrant’s. Was not happy at all… sick & tired arriving & get told they gave our room away. Will never stay jn a hampton inn again!

Disliked: The hotel was changed to another one without any information or e-mail. We first heard about it from a shuttle driver. The grade of the hotel was lower than that I originally booked. For the breakfast we were taken to another lower class room designated for "Group tour", of which quality was terrible. It was a humiliating experience I ever had.
