It was a really nice hotel with a friendly staff.

The people were great, so pleasant to talk to! The room was way more than I expected and because of that I signed up for the HHonors reward points. My family will stay in Hampton every chance we can, and your breakfast is unbelievably awesome!

Liked: The bed was comfortable. Good size room
Disliked: No water the first night From 11pm- 5 am . Hot tub nor pool wasn’t open. Fridge was dirty .

Disappointing, We will never come...

Liked: room was very clean and also public areas. Location of hotel.
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible. No one in the room (about 12) touched any of the hot food. Pool and hot tub not in service, they have not been for months, never notified of this. Daughter with us has lupus and that is the reason we stayed to use the hot tub and pool. A year ago when we stayed at this location it was not in service.

Disliked: The toilets are very old, and low profile and difficult for most adults to use because they are not high enough for adults today. The toilet on the first floor is a good size that should be placed in all rooms.

Overpriced with dirty rooms, hard...

Liked: How cold the room got.
Disliked: I didn't like that I paid $200 for one night for a hotel that had an indoor pool and spa then was told after I paid the pool was closed until further notice. The carpets in my room were absolutely filthy. Staff was rude.
