I’m surprised that this is...

Liked: The location, because it’s easy to take the bus to and from New York Port Authority station.
Disliked: The receptionists of the hotel didn’t pay attention to their guests, there is a lack of communication and attention to their guests who are arriving or leaving the hotel.They’re more focused about the money than delivering a great service to their guests. The breakfast area is always crowded and the options are limited and even on bank holidays there wasn’t enough room to accommodate the guests, people were having their breakfast standing around other areas of the hotel.It’s unpleasant to see that they don’t care much about their own guests.

Liked: I like every part of the hotel, it was very clean. The front desk lady even called upstairs to verify if my friend can come up being that i checked in without her, as a female i loved that safety precaution. overall, i would rate my stay a 10/10

Liked: The room was 1st class; comfortable, spacious and with comfortable beds.Cleanliness was excellent.Lighting bright and flexible.Room cleaned and freshened well, every day.
Disliked: Breakfast; only one toast machine is a disaster. Everybody gets stuck behind it and a queue quickly builds. Not enough food variety such as cheese and croissants and muesli.Hotel doesn’t respond to emails even when sent on the website.We sent an email ahead of visit asking for advice about how to travel from JFK to hotel. No one ever replied and we paid massive yellow cab fare because Hotel never informed us of efficient and cheap 167T bus to NY and cheap AirTrain from NY.

Disliked: The curtains on windows dont close all the way. First time in my life Ive seen such an arrangement. Rooms didnt have safes. Some days the housekeeping didnt clean the rooms.
