Excellent - very satisfied.

Liked: Friendly staff. Tony, the courtesy van driver, was amazing. He got everyone to the concert on time and provided verbal entertainment during the ride. Tony is the BEST!
Disliked: One of the two elevators was not working.

Other than having to pay to park the hotel was great! Clean, roomy rooms; amazingly friendly staff; close to venues and food!

If we ever go to St. Pete Times Forum again we will stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, with microwave and fridge. Beds were comfortable. Very secure, even had to use key card to access elevators. Very clean pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a free shuttle that ran until 10:00 pm and my kids loved the free breakfast in the morning! Definitely a great hotel!

Liked: Wonderful breakfast, close to Tram, courteous and staff; porter to help with bags could have been great, timely check for communication from 3rd party like Booking.com,
Disliked: No bell service with luggage bags

Liked: It’s Ybor city so you can’t expect anything crazy but for the price and how close this location is the “The Ritz” I won’t be booking anywhere else.. everything was clean, bed was comfy, car was parked in a garage giving you some sense of security with the area
