Excellent - very satisfied.

Liked: Friendly staff. Tony, the courtesy van driver, was amazing. He got everyone to the concert on time and provided verbal entertainment during the ride. Tony is the BEST!
Disliked: One of the two elevators was not working.

Other than having to pay to park the hotel was great! Clean, roomy rooms; amazingly friendly staff; close to venues and food!

If we ever go to St. Pete Times Forum again we will stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, with microwave and fridge. Beds were comfortable. Very secure, even had to use key card to access elevators. Very clean pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a free shuttle that ran until 10:00 pm and my kids loved the free breakfast in the morning! Definitely a great hotel!

Disliked: The bed and room were handicapped. Everything in the room was half working the shower head to the toilet, the towel rack half off. The bed was on the ground and had to put sofa bed matters on top of the other matters. I'm not happy at all. Would like a refund if possible let or at least partial.and told couldn't move to different room because sold out but didn't see lots of people there and staff even told me there were rooms available. Very disappointed

Disliked: Breakfast was horrible got there on time most items ran out no bread left waffle pouring machine broken employ would not change and potatoes were very uncooked. you have to pay to park and area to walk out smells like mold.
