Good hotel, bad accounting.

Liked: Room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Walk-in shower was too small, like the size I would find in an RV. Hotel double-charged my card and I had to go through a dispute process with my bank because no one at the hotel could fix it.

Comfortable & nice enough to...

Liked: Spacious room, good location, staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable
Disliked: Mini fridge was so cold it froze everything & exploded an energy drink, ceiling in bathroom was peeling & pieces were falling. Only two tiny trash cans. Breakfast was terrible

We always stay here when...

Liked: Location (for us) was excellent. Staff was nice and breakfast was very good.
Disliked: There was a spa/whirlpool in the bathroom. A little strange but I was told about it.
