Liked: Location was close to my mothers ALS in Westchase
Disliked: WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE LARGE PRESENCE OF FEMA AND CONTRACTORS AND UNHAPPY PEOPLE HAVING TO LIVE IN A HOTEL ROOM AFTER HURRICANE MILTON FOR MONTHS. NO FAULT OF ANYONE HOWEVER AS a 75 yr old caregiver for my mother and 6 hr drive from my place to hers SLEEPING WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME AND NOT RECEIVED BECAUSE OF AN ADJOINING ROOM WHERE THE OCCUPANTS HAD LOUD FOWL MOUTHED FIGHTS ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION EARLY OR LATE EVENING.

Convenient location, but hotel needs...

Liked: We were grateful the hotel was open after the hurricane.
Disliked: We were grateful the hotel was open after the hurricane but due to being a pet friendly hotel, the hotel smelled like wet dogs. Not very pleasant. Carpets in our room needed shampooing. Every time the AC came on it was a musty smell.

Disliked: We had a room facing south during hurricane Unfortunately the wind and rain came through the air conditioner unit. I alerted staff of the wet floor under the air unit.

Very poor

Disliked: They charged me $75 for a 5 pound dog. Emotional Support. I always presented the doctor's letter. Whenever I stayed at other hotels they did not charge. This is the first time they have charged this. There was no internet for guests, you had to pay for this.
