Very good

Liked: Easy check in/out. Clean and great Tea.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower.

Very disappointing overall.

Liked: The location and the size of the room.
Disliked: When we arrived at 10:30 pm we had to make up our own bed as we had booked a family room. I had called down to reception and they stated the bedding was in the wardrobe. There was only a sheet! The lighting in the room was poor. The windows are tiny. It was difficult to get ready and pack due to visibility. The breakfast is poor and served in paper plates with plastics cutlery. The hot selection has falafel, sausage and potatoes only. No eggs for breakfast?The cold selection was also poor with only two types of cereal, one flavour of yogurt and a bowl of fruit. Whilst waiting outside the hotel in the morning, there were cars pulling up to do very dodgy transactions in the pool garden. There was a very strong odour of substances. Left luggage we had to leave our bags behind the reception desk area. No locked room.

Liked: How close it was to the cruise terminal. That while you don’t have a shuttle to the terminal you did recommend one. They were great.

Very Nice Hampton Inn -...

Liked: It was a very nice and large breakfast room. Pretty typical Hampton Breakfast offerings. Hotel room was nice and seemed well maintained. Asked for extra pillows and they were in the room on arrival. Close to the airport. A nice shopping mall was a half hour walk away. Also dining options were also about a 20 minute walk from the hotel. If you have a car you will eliminate the walks.
Disliked: This Hampton was in a business park with office buildings and other hotels. It probably was built for business travelers than pleasure travelers. Uber was difficult to get if you were going into downtown Miami so we took the shuttle back to the airport and picked up our Uber there to go into Miami for one day. Returning Uber drivers had no problems taking us back to the Hotel. If you are on a pleasure trip probably better Hampton options.
