This is a nice well kept hotel. However I would not recommend it to anyone to stay due to the excessively loud booming music from the club across the street. I was only able to get to sleep in the late hours of the morning when the music finally stopped. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Disliked: Overcharged, my total price was supposed to be $167.62 but my final price was $189.13...they add on parking and additional taxes.....The Hotel is in a sketchy part of town with the aroma of pot and adult stores/shops nearby.

Liked: Great staff let me check in early to work. Great location to FSU and stadium. Modern, clean comfortable room.

Never again

Liked: Do not stay here. There is a massive amount of construction, literally feet away from the hotel. It is excruciatingly loud and continuous, and you’ll not be able to enjoy the hotel until it ends around 6 PM.
Disliked: The hotel, of course is well aware of the massive construction and how it makes it impossible for a guest to enjoy their stay yet they rent the rooms out at full rate and don’t disclose the problem

Liked: I loved this nice and clean hotel. The beds were super comfortable. The room was clean and new. The staff were great and kind. Breakfast was free and good. The location is perfect, walking distance to FSU and local restaurants. Publix is very close
Disliked: No shuttle or transportation to the airport but the website Booking.com contains false information about airport/hotel transfers The pool is never heated
