Very difficult stay under best...

Liked: The Location is close to the Hospital.
Disliked: The room itself "Looks very nice". But NEEDS a GOOD Cleaning. The room was freezing cold when I entered...I found the thermostat and turned it up immediatley. It finally warmed up after about 45 minutes. Back and forth to hospital, very tired, But Unable to sleep as the mattress' are so FIRM. I took all of the softest pillows and slept on them. I was up early, saw that the bathroom was fairly clean, clean towels etc. Floor okay. But the bedroom/living area was Not Clean. By the light of day, there is dust and debris and dirt on counters, coffee maker, phone was dirty, lights, mirror, light switch,elec. outlet were dirty, ice bucket is cracked on rim inside and lid doesn't fit. TV remote needs cleaning....I did take photos of some of the above if needed.I had told the Front Desk Clerk about the room temp and advised have some heavy vibration and noise from the Hotel, more than road noise. Odd as I was on the 4th floor? I choose to stay at the Hampton as I had compared the others and thought it would be a Nice place to lay my head at night for a few days. I am very dissapppointed.
