Quiet and peaceful! Well located...

Liked: The premises are well-kept, and the staff is polite and friendly. I need a place to stay short term, and the hotel is very nice and well located to most attractions and downtown. The room is quite spacious and well-equipped. I would recommend this place for all the right reasons!
Disliked: Everything was great. If I had to dig deep into my wish list, perhaps a small microwave near the coffee to reheat coffee, rolls, etc. Coffee is fresh, but a small microwave could be useful.

Liked: The rooms were clean.
Disliked: Bed was to soft and pillows not good at all. Beds needs a serious upgrade. The pillows were very flat and not supportive at all. Bed was way to soft and left my back feeling painful in the morning. I did not enjoy my sleep at all

Disliked: Booked a room that was too small and there was no way to upgrade to a bigger room. Because we used booking.com was told there was nothing we could do even though bigger rooms were available and we are willing to pay the price difference. Person at the front desk made no effort to help. Sent messages thru the app and did NOT get a response at all, very disappointing.

Excellent hotel

Liked: Nice and safe neighborhood. All staff was very nice and friendly. Room was extremely clean, including the bathroom. Very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely come back.
