We absolutely loved the location of the hotel; very convenient.
Liked: The location.
Disliked: There was no jacuzzi and the breakfast wasn't very good.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were nice. There is a ton to do within walking distance and a trolley to take you anywhere not within walking distance that stops right outside.
Liked: With free breakfast each morning and free appetizers, wine and beer each evening we were well taken care of.
Disliked: There is no free parking in St.Petersburg so add valet parking into your budget. The price wasn't bad but I didn't know about it. They also precharge your credit card for $25 incidentals and I still haven't got that back.

This is my second stay at this Hampton Inn. It exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay there again.

Grossly overpriced — well over...
Liked: Ok. Having to walk around the block to get to the valet and car was bad.
Disliked: The hotel is under renovation and we were not previously informed. The amenities were not open — no pool, no gym. The lobby was a converted retail space with tables spread around and a big vending machine. It looked bad.

Currently under renovation.
Liked: Great location downtown next to pier and museums. Nicely renovated rooms. Comfortable.
Disliked: The hot breakfast was terrible. Industrial omelette and sausage. Property undergoing renovation so only one lift working. Breakfast room is shared with reception. Pool and fitness also out of commission.
