Liked: Breakfast was great in the morning. Room was clean, but could use some updating. We were there for a baseball tournament and if we won we would need to stay another night, but unfortunately they wouldn’t let us stay another night since the carpets were getting replaced on another floor so we had to go to a different hotel. Originally the front desk said they had enough rooms if we needed to stay another night.
Disliked: Some staff wasn’t super accommodating. Couldn’t stay another night so we were forced to find something else. We drove 14 hours to get there so having to go find another place Sunday night was not fun.

Would never book again

Disliked: I was harassed and stalked while staying here by the receptionist Haley, stated they had a policy that was no where to be found, she tried to search for this policy for over an hour after stating it was in different places multiple times

Very nice hotel, great staff,...

Liked: Very good response from staff when power failed at bedside outlets. Had to change rooms at 1130p! They coordinated the move, gave us a suite, and were very sorry that this had occurred.
Disliked: That the bedside electrical system went down when we plugged in an essential device

Disliked: My dates were changed from Saturday to Sunday and could not change so had to book at another area hotel at a cheaper rate and great accommodations. Would not recommend this thru Bookings.
