Liked: Good location
Disliked: Staff was not friendly. We were there during a snow storm and the staff other then the maintenance man were very unkind to people there. One lady was treated bad bc of her kids yet there were dogs barking in the hotel and nothing was said to those people.

Would absolutely stay here again!...

Liked: We have stayed here several times and I’ve always enjoyed our stay, but this time was different
Disliked: The weather was quite cold and the heater in our room did not work and even after maintenance came to adjust it still was just too cold. We were also charged additional fees after our stay.

Wouldn’t stay again

Liked: Location and onsite parking was a perk but I was told my extra $20 charge on my card was refundable as long as the room was left in good condition and I got charged that $20 for parking and fees ?!? After I paid over $150 for the room. Never said it was a charge for parking and fees. And $12 for a bag of cheddar and Carmel popcorn at the vending area. Ridiculous. Beds weren’t that comfortable either. Only good thing I have to say is the location for the children’s hospital we had to go to. Facility was nice but all together paying over $170 for two queen beds is a bit much.
Disliked: The extra charge for parking and fees that was not stated when reserving rooms and being told it just s deposit for the room in which I cleaned up all trash and towels in a pile after having two young kids in the room. Then being charge for fees and parking and that deposit not being returned.

Liked: Very clean, breakfast was good, coffee was good and always warm, staff was always smiling. I liked how they had the ice machine behind doors bc we were right next to it. When we’ve stayed in previous places it’s so loud you can hear it down the hall.
