The staff was really friendly!

Liked: I felt the parking area was safe.
Disliked: The mattresses on the beds need to be rotated.

I felt ripped off

Disliked: My flight arrived on March 9 at 12:57 am. I made reservation for March 9th. Upon check in I was told I should have made it for March 8th ( a senior error i guest). They charged me another night. I thought it small. At that hour of the morning the room was vacant anyway. They could have simply switched the reservation. Worst was that the front desk treated it as being funny, I should have known better was the impressio0n I was given with a smirk.
