Liked: Clean comfy room with a lovely friendly staff. Hot coco bar was a hit with the kids.

Nice hotel but a bit...

Liked: Nicely updated, large room, good breakfast.
Disliked: Pool was not working, poor signage at entrance, traffic noise from interstate at night made it hard to sleep.

I spoke with the front...

Liked: The room decor was decent and simple.
Disliked: First night my daughter and I woke up itching with bites on our bodies as if there were bed bugs in the sheets. The sheets were dirty so the last night we slept on top of the sheets to avoid more bites.

Fine but disappointing.

Liked: Location and clean rooms
Disliked: We booked there for our grandchildren to swim but were notified the day we checked in that the pool was closed. Very late notice and very disappointed!

Overall we had a pleasant...

Liked: The location was great. It was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was not great. The oatmeal was very watery and most everything was lukewarm. The hot water provided for tea was not hot. The cushions and pillows in the seating areas of the lobby were broke down and need updated.
